  • The majority voted against an [amendment](https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Hansard/Hansard_Display?bid=chamber/hansardr/27600/&sid=0000) introduced by Bradfield MP [Paul Fletcher](https://theyvoteforyou.org.au/people/representatives/bradfield/paul_fletcher) (Liberal), which means it failed.

  • <p class="italic">On 7 December 2023, the House concurred with the Senate's action in dividing the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes) Bill 2023 and agreed to an amendment incorporating the following provisions of that bill in a separate bill:</p>
  • <ul></ul><ul></ul><p class="italic">The Senate returns those provisions to the House in the form of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Bill 2023. The Senate inserted a title and enacting words and amended the bill as indicated in Part A of the annexed Schedule and, after ordering the bill be printed, agreed to it with the further amendments in Part B of the annexed Schedule. The Senate requests the concurrence of the House in the amendments in both Part A and Part B of the Schedule.</p>
